FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • WHAT EXACTLY ARE THE SIZES LIKE?
  • As taken from the Gildan Ultra Cotton T 2000 webpage:

      Small Medium Large X-Large XX-Large
    Width 18" 20" 22" 24" 26"
    Length 28" 29" 30" 31" 32"

It's pre-shrunk, so you can now get out a ruler and chart a path towards your ideal shirt size. Note: We've had people exclaim that the shirt was much bigger than they expected. We have NEVER had someone complain that a Gildan shirt was too small. You've been warned.

Girly-Ts are the American Apparel "4305 Baby Rib Basic Short Sleeve T" in size "M/OS" (Medium) and "L" (Leggy. No, Large). According to AA, Medium accomodates sizes 4 to 6, and Large is for sizes 8 to 10. Check out American Apparel's girly-T sizing chart!

  • DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
  • Yes, unless you replace "my country" with "Afghanistan". So far, there has not been a country to which we couldn't ship. Be forewarned however, that your country may have you pay extra customs, duty, or tax charges. These policies change from country to country, and pay for your health care or two years of maternity leave or whatever, so we can't make a big statement advising you on what to do about this. You should research your government's importing charges beforehand so that you are not surprised when you get the order and must pay extra to your fat cat government.

  • IS THE ERRORWEAR LOGO ON THE SHIRT ANYWHERE?
  • No. The shirts are all about the errors, and the purity, the accuracy of the errors. To vulgarly slap an Errorwear logo onto the shirt somewhere would only muddy the message. Finally, unlike the majority of clothing manufacturers, we at Errorwear believe that YOU ARE NOT OUR BILLBOARD.

    (So please, tell your friends)

  • WHAT IF I HATE THE SHIRT ONCE I GET IT?
  • Well besides being an impossible scenario, it's rectified by a simple return of the T-shirt within 30 days, for a full refund. Yes, your shipping charge will be refunded as well.

  • WHAT'S THIS "CCNOW" STUFF?
  • CCNow is our online retailer. When you place an order, you'll actually be placing the order with CCNow. CCNow bills the credit card, notifies us, and then Errorwear ships you the product. Your credit card bill will have an amount billed from "CCNow", NOT "Errorwear".

  • I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT AN ORDER I'VE PLACED ALREADY
  • CCNow has a new service where you can check your order status online: https://www.ccnow.com/ordersearch.html.

CCNow also provides a toll-free customer service number, 1-877-CCNOW-77. Billing inquiries or other questions regarding the credit card or financial side of your order can be asked through this service. CCNow also has a billing support webpage for people who don't want to talk to icky humans.

  • I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT THE SHIRTS THEMSELVES
  • Please submit your question using our new online form. Chris had so much spam he basically gave up on customer service, and it was a dark time for everyone. The online form circumvents the spam problem!

  • WHAT SIZE DOES JIM WEAR?
  • Jim is wearing a size SMALL in every photo on this site EXCEPT for the Apache shirt, which is a billowing MEDIUM. Jim is 6'1" tall, and rockstar thin. Chris wears MEDIUM sized shirts, not that you asked.

  • WILL YOU OFFER XXXL+ SIZES IN THE FUTURE?
  • Probably not.

  • [COMPUTER JOKE] WOULD MAKE A GREAT SHIRT, RIGHT?
  • This is Errorwear, not Computerhumorwear.

The Olympics! Could anyone have expected an Olympics update at Errorwear? Is it that I have Olympic fever? No, I still have Error fever. Blue Screen of Death Strikes Bird's Nest During Opening Ceremonies Torch Lighting.

As expected, this event has lead to a flood of orders for the BSOD shirts from China. Just kidding. :(
